You will be contributing in developing core technologies related to Edge Control layer of the EcoStruxure platform.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in testing Windows applications developed on C# WPF, with extensive knowledge of the TestComplete tool or any other automation tool that supports testing Windows applications.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience in creating manual test suites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using TestComplete or other suitable automation tools for Windows applications developed on C# WPF.
* Create and maintain manual test suites to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
* Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
* Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
* Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
* Analyze test results, identify trends, and report findings to stakeholders.
* Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
* Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of professional experience in software testing.
* Extensive experience with TestComplete or other automation tools such as WinAppDriver, Winium, or Ranorex
* Strong knowledge of Windows applications developed on C# WPF.
* Proficient in creating and executing manual test suites.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
* Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
* Experience in performance and load testing.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
