What You Will Do The Associate Key Account Manager is responsible for cultivating relationships with key customer(s), developing strategic account plans, and driving sales & category growth that we participate in the assigned accounts.
You will play a crucial role in representing Kenvue and ensuring the satisfaction of our key customers.

•Build and maintain strong, sustainable and profitable customer relationships with key accounts.
•Develop Long term and short term Business plan in collaboration with Customer and Channel team aligned with Company's strategy and priorities.
•Drive and execute account plan & strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
•Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow the categories that we participate in based on compelling data analytics and strong customer consumer insight, including distribution expansions to ensure nationwide product availability.
•Drive In-Store Excellence & Perfect Store executions from right product assortment, effective promotion, pricing and planogram for prominent visibility and brand communications.
•Drive & lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service, especially in ensuring On time and in full delivery of customer orders.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
•Negotiate and finalize Trading terms, pricing & promotion agreements
•Periodical Account performance analysis & review for internal and external stakeholders
•Manage Account Profitability, Investment Budget and Account Receivables (AR) settlement.
