As a Securitized Products - RMBS Principal Finance - Analyst within the RMBS Principal Finance team, you will be responsible for providing asset backed financing solutions to institutional and corporate clients of the firm secured by U.S.
residential mortgage assets.
Job Responsibilities
* Become knowledgeable about the mortgage sector/transactions/structures
* Conduct industry and product research
* Assist the team in marketing and structuring new transactions across a range of asset classes
* Prepare and analyze term sheets and relevant deal documents
