* Assign employees to specific duties.
* Hire, train, and evaluate personnel in stores, promoting, disciplining, and terminating workers when appropriate.
* Ensure responsiveness to requests and compliance with company policies.
* Run the store in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
* Perform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise.
