The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for shaping the future of the Thinx® brand in North America and is well-suited for an experienced brand marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by building purpose-led brands with cultural relevance and impact.
This role is accountable for driving business strategy, brand plans and delivery of business objectives, including sustained, organic growth grounded in deep consumer understanding.
The SBM must have proven experience being able to inspire and galvanize an organization around the brand vision and strategies that bring innovative thinking, new products, and commercial programs to life in the marketplace.
The Senior Brand Manager reports to the Vice President / General Manager for Feminine Care® and provides direction to the Brand Manager and Senior Associate Brand Manager; while also leading and influencing cross-functional partners in a matrix organization to include Creative, Media, Sales, Insights & Analytics, R&D, Product Supply, and Agency partners.
In this role, you will:
* Shape the future of the Thinx® brand in North America, developing bold and actionable plans to build the brand and grow the business

Your Role: Strategic Account Manager
This role is responsible for driving sales excellence and long-term strategic relationship management for key accounts across North and South Vietnam by leading and coaching a team of six KAM members.
The position involves collaborating cross-functionally with technical and marketing departments to deliver high-quality, tailored service solutions and brand strategies, while overseeing critical commercial operations—including pricing, distribution, and payment collection—and ensuring full adherence to Elanco’s ethics and compliance standards.
Your Responsibilities:
* Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products for KAM customers in the territory of North and South Vietnam.
* Direct manage and coaching for 6 KAM team members.
* Establishes and builds strong client relationships over time that allow for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by sales support/delivery programs, and communications to other relevant organizational functions/divisions.
* Participates with other key account managers and sales management, in development of sales strategies for national accounts; helps identify target accounts and opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy.
* With PMs and Technicians to build up high quality tailored-made technical service to each KA feed millers and KA farms including training/ consultancy, technical materials and lab analysis support.

* Building customer relationships:

+ Act as client advocate for all products and services
* Deliver the highest level of customer service (white glove) to the dealer:
+ Prompt response to phone calls and emails
+ Problem resolution and troubleshooting
+ Being proactive in identifying and communicating needs
+ Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
+ Appropriate escalation and reporting of issues, including ownership and follow-up
+ Continual and follow-up training on an as-needed basis
+ Provide backup phone coverage during business hours and after-hours support on a rotational basis
* Deliver value by:
+ Proactive reporting and issue analysis
+ End-of-month financial reporting
+ Monthly review of volume
+ Regular review and action of all utilization dashboards
+ Ensure State compliance in all related areas

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
