* Accurately document device trials, caregiver training, and equipment loans per departmental procedures.
* Deliver direct therapy in areas including expressive/receptive language, articulation, dysphagia management, cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation, and voice therapy.
* Provide visual supports, written home programs, and caregiver instruction to reinforce therapy outcomes.
* Conduct home and community-based visits as needed to complete assessments and deliver education or therapy, documenting all activities in Participant records.
