Job Duties:
* Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON, LPN) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing the clinical operations of our facility.
This leadership role is responsible for assisting with staff supervision, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and supervising nursing services
* Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of nursing staff
* Assist with employee coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed
* Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staff
* Act as the backup to the Director of Nursing when needed
* Conduct daily rounds and monitor resident conditions and care delivery
* Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing policies and procedures
