What does a Respiratory Therapist do?
The primary purpose of your job position is to perform respiratory/pulmonary therapy, management,
rehabilitation, diagnostic evaluation, and direct care to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities, which

* Start IVs, obtain sputum, urine and other specimens for lab tests as ordered.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
* Reliable and punctual attendance is essential; expected to be at job as scheduled each scheduled day.
* Communicate necessary information to others as appropriate.
* Possess technical knowledge to manage the departments
* Develop, maintain & monitor all accounts receivable procedures per specific funding source
* Develop, maintain & monitor all billing functions to ensure LCDs, NCCI edits, payer specific requirements & billing edits are addressed.
* Analyze accounts receivable daily through queues and reports to ensure allocated and worked correctly, to insure issues are addressed promptly.
* Proactive research of all insurance changes and communicate with team.
