General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Staff Physical Therapist (PT)
Pay: $45-$75/hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with the care team, and support patients in improving mobility and independence.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral
* Develop and implement treatment plans with physician approval
* Provide therapy and monitor patient progress
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and team members
* Supervise PTAs, aides, and students
* Participate in care planning, meetings, and discharge planning
* Educate patients and caregivers on ongoing care needs
* Recommend appropriate durable medical equipment
Qualifications:
* Active Physical Therapist license in the Washington
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred
* Strong communication and clinical skills
* Experience with EMR systems preferred
