Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team in delivering exceptional care to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
The DOR is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the rehab department, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of licensed therapists and therapy assistants.
* Oversee daily operations of the rehab department, ensuring quality, efficiency, and resident-centered care.
