Diese Herausforderungen erwarten dich bei uns:
* Du bist du für Organisation und Durchführung von Importsendungen verantwortlich
* Buchungen und Buchungsoptimierung für Zustellungen führst du anhand interner Richtlinien durch
* Du gewährleistest, dass die Kundenanforderungen erfüllt werden und nimmst Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen vor
* Zudem stellst du sicher, dass alle Dokumente ausgefüllt und in einer rechtzeitigen und effizienten Art und Weise aktualisiert und gemäß der Vorschriften und internen Verfahren zugestellt werden
* Du trägst die Verantwortung für Auslieferungsaufträge, Planung und Ermittlung der Sendung im Empfangsbereich
* Du nimmst Kundenaufträge inkl.
Prüfung der Unterlagen entsprechend der Vorschriften und internen Verfahren an
* Die Herstellung und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
* Des Weiteren ermittelst du den Sendungsstatus im Importbereich, erkennst Abweichungen und gewährleistest Lösungen bei Zwischenfällen
* Du unterstützt den Kundenservice bei der Lösung von Zwischenfällen und dem Exception Management
* Die Kommunikation mit dem Customer Service, Produkt und Global Service Centers in deutscher und englischer Sprache runden dein Profil ab

Role Overview
As a Road Freight Specialist, you will play a key role in the planning and coordination of European road freight movements.
Working closely with hauliers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure transport activities are carried out safely, efficiently and cost-effectively whilst delivering excellent service levels.
