As an Executive Underwriter, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of a $8M book of business, with a new business goal of $1.75M annually.
You will identify opportunities for growth, develop and execute strategies to capture new business, and enhance relationships with key producers and customers.

The Lower Middle Market (LMM) Executive Underwriter, Team Lead is a high-impact role accountable for new revenue generation for multiline accounts for an assigned group of agents while leading core underwriting activities and production processes for team of matrixed new business underwriters.
This team will have no renewal or mid-term servicing responsibilities, therefore the ability to drive and manage an effective new revenue generation process is paramount.
This position will report to the Lower Middle Market Region Lead.

We're hiring a Pricing Analyst for our Animal Nutrition Business Unit grass cattle business.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive contracting programs, evaluating cost changes and executing portfolio-wide pricing strategies, and executing pricing related product set-up and invoicing tasks.
Top candidates for this role will be detailed-oriented, have strong communication and collaboration skills, and will have a natural curiosity and determination to expand their understanding of their field of practice.
They will have a strong pricing or financial background and be skilled at analyzing complex data sets to identify insights that optimize business performance and price strategies.
Agricultural or commodity market background/knowledge are preferred but not required.
This role is based out of our Arden Hills corporate headquarters (hybrid work arrangement)
Your primary responsibilities include:
* Facilitate and manage pricing for a large-scale contract program including cross-functional communication of program details, interpretation of competitive insights, evaluation of ingredient cost trends, and overall margin management.
* Execute daily tasks to support pricing related business activities: resolve price invoice discrepancies, pricing master data set-up maintenance, and new item/contract quotes.
* Maintain product brand ladder price relationships through ingredient changes, product transitions, and contract programs.
Execute monthly price changes as needed.
* Work with strategic external partners on product pricing including branded product pricing relationships, ingredient price entry, and contract management.
* Develop and curate regional market knowledge.
Track and interpret business trends and competitive insights.
Education and Experience:
