We are seeking an experienced Rail Public Projects Construction Specialist located in or near Maine or New Hampshire to support our local rail and transit infrastructure projects.
Qualified candidates will be located in or near Maine or New Hampshire where assigned project work will be performed.
In this role, you will provide on-site construction support duties including oversight of daily operations related to assigned contractors, project reporting and client coordination to ensure that rail construction activities on public projects comply with approved plans, specifications, railroad standards, and regulatory requirements.
In addition, you will serve as a key field representative and liaison among railroad and transit agencies and the project delivery team.
What You'll Do

Il participe par son action à développer la culture qualité et l'amélioration continue dans tous les départements de la tannerie.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :
Sécurité :
* Respecte les règles en vigueur en matière de sécurité
* Applique les règles concernant les conditions de travail d'hygiène et de sécurité (Fiches de Sécurité, Consignes de Sécurité et port des équipements de protection individuels)
* Gère la propreté de l'ensemble de son poste de travail
Qualité :
Contrôle qualité des produits chimiques entrants :
* Définir les méthodes pour assurer le contrôle des produits chimiques et les réactualise si nécessaire
* Etablir et suivre le programme de prélèvements
* Accompagner la personne qui réalise les analyses chimiques
* Assurer la communication des résultats non conformes en interne et au réseau interne groupe HCP
* Suivre les réclamations fournisseurs issues du processus de contrôle
* Proposer et mettre en place les initiatives d'amélioration du processus de contrôle de qualité
Qualité maitrise de la couleur de nos cuirs et contrôle qualités des masters coloris :
* Piloter et/ou réaliser les suivis spectrocolorimètre des masters de production/ mère
* Réaliser les enregistrements de données colorimétriques des coupures
* Piloter les renouvellements de masters en interaction avec les référents couleur du groupe
* Être garant de la bonne utilisation du matériel de contrôle
* Former les utilisateurs en production
Qualité maitrise opérationnelle et process de sécurisation de nos productions (Suivi qualité / contrôle process / plan amélioration continue) :
* Animer avec méthode et rigueur les groupes de résolutions de problèmes ou d'amélioration continue
* Participer à la gestion des non-conformités : plan d'action, recherche des causes de non-conformités
* Proposer des pistes d'amélioration afin de fiabiliser la qualité de nos fabrications
* Participer activement à la montée en compétence des équipes de production sur les analyses de cause et l'amélioration continue
* Organiser et réaliser des campagnes de contrôle sur les productions ou les paramètres de process si nécessaire

Positionnement
Au sein de la Direction de la Fabrication Externe, le /la responsable performance est rattaché(e) au directeur Façonniers.
Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI dès que possible et basé à Pantin.
Il requiert des déplacements fréquents en France (à raison d'env.

Enjeux du poste
Soutenir la performance et le développement d'un réseau de partenaires façonniers au service de la croissance et du foisonnement créatif de tous les métiers Hermès pour les objets maroquinerie.
Contribuer à faire émerger et mettre en œuvre toutes les idées d'améliorations de la performance des organisations par une présence soutenue sur les sites en étroite collaboration avec une quarantaine de sites ainsi qu'avec les directions fonctionnelles, comme le Contrôle de Gestion, la Supply Chain, la Qualité, la Formation, les Savoir-Faire ainsi que les métiers pour lesquels nous travaillons.
Principales missions
* Développer et optimiser le dispositif de surveillance pour garantir les bons équilibres chez nos partenaires (mix produits, nouveauté, complexité des savoir-faire, métiers) afin d'optimiser et sécuriser le business global
* Accompagner les démarches de progrès des partenaires.
* Maximiser les performances des sites sur nos 3 piliers en réaffirmant notre modèle Artisanal
* Piloter les indicateurs clés de la fabrication externe en s'appuyant sur un tableau de bord et l'animer entre les partenaires et les fonctions supports internes.
* Coconstruire avec l'ensemble des métiers et directions internes, la feuille de route des partenaires à travers les lettres d'orientations et les accompagner dans leur réalisation
* Identifier les potentiels de l'ensemble des parties prenantes
* Dimensionner, organiser et animer des chantiers de performances et participer aux grands projets de transformations (exemples : traçabilité, réglementation, plan carbone, valorisation de la matière, ...)
* Enrichir et mettre à jour les principes et bonnes pratiques des organisations et réaliser des audits en collaboration avec les équipes.

Rattachée au Pôle Maison, la Filière Céramique regroupe 2 sites intégrés, travaillant pour 3 Métiers du groupe HERMES :
* Le site de La Compagnie des Arts de la Table et de l'Email (CATE), qui conçoit, développe, industrialise et produit les productions des Arts de la Table en porcelaine décorée pour le Métier Maison et les productions de bijouterie émaillée pour le Métiers Accessoires de Mode.
* Le site de BEYRAND (société créée en 1926 ayant rejoint le groupe HERMES en 2017) qui conçoit, développe, industrialise et produit les décors dans un procédé sérigraphie ou jet d'encre, pour 2 métiers : la céramique pour La CATE, le cuir pour le Métier HMS.
Le site de BEYRAND a ouvert un atelier de décoration en octobre 2022, pour développer la capacité pour le Métier Maison (si bien que la Filière porte désormais 2 ateliers de décorations pour satisfaire le besoin de son client HERMES Maison).
La Filière pilote, de plus, ses partenaires et sous-traitants et porte la responsabilité de l'Innovation et du Développement Technique pour ses Métiers clients.
Par la précision de son savoir-faire et sa capacité à innover, la Filière se positionne comme référent mondial dans le domaine de l'impression sérigraphique et de la décoration sur céramique.
L'ambition de la Filière est d'affirmer son positionnement d'excellence, en proposant un savoir-faire de décoration de haute précision sur une variété de supports, illustrant une maîtrise des Développement Technique et des Savoir-faire de ses artisans.
Positionnement et dimension du poste
L'infirmier en santé au travail reporte hiérarchiquement à la D.R.H.
de la Filière Céramique.
Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des fonctions des sites de la CATE et de Beyrand et plus particulièrement avec les services HSE et RH.
Son activité porte sur l'ensemble du périmètre de la Filière.
Mission générale
La mission de l'infirmier en santé au travail est de veiller à la santé et au bien-être des salariés dans leur environnement professionnel par la prévention des risques et la surveillance de la santé de chacun.
Il joue un rôle clef dans la promotion d'un environnement de travail sain et sécurisé, contribuant ainsi à la qualité de vie au travail des collaborateurs.
Cela inclut plusieurs responsabilités, telles que :
Surveillance de la santé des salariés :
* Organiser le suivi médical des collaborateurs et planifier les visites médicales en lien avec les services de santé du travail de la Dordogne et de la Haute-Vienne
