What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:
* Ensure order accuracy and integrity, managing precise data entry and proactively resolving pricing discrepancies
* Manage complex order programs, supporting daily, weekly, import, and seasonal orders across domestic and international facilities
* Monitor inventory and inbound containers, communicating proactively about delays, shortages, or production issues
* Coordinate shipment readiness, calculating pallet and truck volumes and entering shipment data into customer portals
* Track must-arrive-by-date compliance, partnering with distribution centers and 3PL teams to resolve delivery risks
