Contexte :
Au sein de l'organigramme de la filiale Hermès Distribution France, vous travaillez au sein du pôle Relation client /e-commerce
Les clients contactent notre service par téléphone ou mail pour différentes raisons :
* Suivi du site internet : validation des commandes, suivi des livraison, analyse et veille du parcours clients dans les systèmes, gestion du paiement à distance, prise de commandes
* Disponibilité d'un produit, description d'un produit, réservation produits, problèmes de livraison, questions sur des événements, réclamations, suivi de leur dossier en SAV...
Dans le cadre de l'amélioration du service de nos magasins et de la fluidité du parcours client, ce service est né.
Mission générale :
Accompagner la forte croissance de l'activité e-commerce et développer l'omnicanal au sein du réseau.
Le Centre Relation Clients s'occupe des lignes téléphoniques pour 16 succursales et 7 concessionnaires en France ainsi que la ligne dédiée à l'e-commerce.
Activités :
Activité commerciale :
* Valider les commandes du site e-commerce,
* Assurer le suivi des commandes, des livraisons et des retours, être force de proposition pour guider au mieux les clients dans leurs achats sur le site e-commerce et développer l'activité commerciale.
Connaissance clients :
* Gérer les appels et emails clients du Monde entier contactant un magasin français,
* Optimiser la disponibilité des vendeurs en magasin en répondant, dans la mesure du possible, immédiatement à la demande du client avec pour unique objectif le meilleur service client possible,
* Accompagner le client de A à Z dans ses recherches et ses achats en ligne en faisant découvrir la richesse de la Maison à travers nos histoires et nos produits.
Acteur Omnicanal :
* Savoir retranscrire une manifestation client à un magasin et veiller au suivi de ce client et sa satisfaction,

General mission:
