Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities.
This position would need to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance accordingly.
* Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in database and ensure all employment and compliance requirements are met.

* Perform orientations, onboarding, and update Dayforce records for new hires.
* Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
* Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
* Provide coordination and support for filing Visa applications, DS-160 forms, embassy interviews, flight booking etc.
* Manage exit formalities and updates required in Dayforce and other databases as required.
* Support other functions as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare for and facilitate regular HR project team meetings to drive action towards our critical deliverable dates.
- Create and manage a project plan to track key integration activities, draw attention to at-risk functions, and ensure key dates are achieved.
- Coordinate key issues between teams/subject matter experts to facilitate discussion and decision making.
- Review and edit all HR-related project communications and presentations.
- Present HR status updates, key decisions, and risks to the respective project teams and steering committee, if applicable.

- 5+ years of experience
- 3+ years of large-scale project management experience.

- Experience managing medium-to-large scale cross-functional projects impacting multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong technical acumen with ability to partner successfully with IT and HRIS teams.
- Strong risk management and mitigation planning experience.
