Location: This position will be based out of our Atlanta, GA location and cover the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Summary
This position is the primary sales position within the organization responsible for developing relationships, identifying opportunities and selling projects.
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new Schneider Electric customers to identify the new opportunities, qualify opportunities, create a scope of work, estimate and sell Building Automation Control Systems so as to meet or exceed his/her booking and booked gross margin budgets.
Our target vertical markets include Data Centers, Healthcare, Commercial Office, Higher Education and Entertainment Venues.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and maintain, grow and manage long-term relationships.
* Prospect and identify potential sales opportunities
* Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities

Qualifications:
The perfect candidate will have a strong background in building management systems/HVAC controls and will have a close familiarity with the construction market in the Atlanta area.
The sales executive will have knowledge of purchasing processes and influencers within the construction chain and end user markets.
The sales executive will possess and build relationships within the General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, End-user, and MEP consultant community to drive Schneider Electric preference.
The successful applicant will understand all levels of drawings and specifications for HVAC and smart building solutions and understand basic contract language.
A close familiarity with SMART buildings, integrated building technologies, and the Internet of Things (IoT) is a plus!

Contexte & environnement
Au sein du département Marketing Communication France, l'alternant(e) Program Manager Transverse intègre l'équipe Program Manager MarCom France.
Sa mission principale consiste à piloter des projets de communication, de la phase de réflexion stratégique, au déploiement opérationnel.
Véritable chef d'orchestre, il/elle intervient sur l'intégralité du cycle de vie des projets et coordonne l'ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes.

Vos missions principales
Orchestrer et superviser l'avancement de projets de communication
* Contribuer à la préparation et présentation des briefs stratégiques de projets : contexte, objectifs, budget, définition du parcours client, anticipation des besoins opérationnels
* Contribuer à la préparation des briefs opérationnels à destination des équipes production de contenus, digital marketing, social media, paid media, événementiel, presse, etc.
* Anticiper et structurer les rétroplannings : définir les timings, jalons clés et dépendances des projets.
Qualité, performance et optimisation
* Veiller au respect et à la bonne diffusion des guidelines de marque auprès de l'ensemble des parties prenantes.
* Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des tests A/B et tactiques d'optimisation sur les différents canaux (web, email, landing pages, etc.) afin d'améliorer l'efficacité des campagnes
* Construire des rapports de performance en collaboration avec les experts métiers : impressions, trafic, leads, opportunités, ventes influencées ou gagnées.
* Fournir un REX pour chaque projet : interprétations, enseignements et recommandations
Outils & méthodes
* Utilisation quotidienne d'un outil de gestion de projet collaboratif (Wrike) pour le suivi des projets et la coordination des équipes.
Participation à la vie de la communauté PMs
* Participation et partage lors de comités d'équipe, participation aux workshops d'équipe
