Responsibilities
* Administración de captura y seguimiento de facturas en el sistema CPA y people soft.
Se reciben las facturas de todas las regiones y se revisa la documentación completa.
Se realiza a captura en CPA, posteriormente se confirma en People soft, se realiza el proceso y seguimiento de autorizaciones para el proceso de su pago en People Soft.
* Registro de facturas en base de datos interna, para su seguimiento de aprobación y generación de pago correspondiente, en el tiempo de crédito establecido durante alta de proveedor.
Registro, revisión y confirmacion de la vigencia del Repse y permisos, por parte de los proveedores de mantenimiento, recoleccion de basura y fumigación, para que cumplan con lo requerido por la autoridad para la realizacion de sus servicios.
* Recepcion semanal, de facturas de proveedores, por parte de los gerentes de cada region.
Se realiza la revision de todos los documentos, para su correcto proceso de captura.
De lo contrario, se realizar el registro de incidencia y se notifica a gerente.
* Control y suministro de inventario de formatos de check-list de mantenimiento, para los técnicos de las diferentes regiones.
* Realización de reporte de pagos semana y registro de complementos de pago, en base a la información registrada en People soft de los diferentes proveedores.
* Reportar y revisar facturas de proyectos con ARS, para rastrear el progreso durante el año fiscal.
Cada período se revisará el avance de los proyectos con el Coordinador de Mantenimiento.
* Genera un reporte quincenal de las facturas en las que se carga el gasto a toda una región.
Revisar con coordinador de mantenimiento y enviar al Controlador de área.
* Brindar colaboración administrativa con los integrantes del área, atender consultas de Gerentes de Mantenimiento, respecto a las programaciones de pagos de proveedores.
