Summary
The Associate Regional Director will assist the Regional Director by ensuring all established processes, procedures, and action plans are executed effectively at the field level within their region.
This involves the development and coaching of Area Managers and supervisors, customer relation management, and assisting with larger projects as needed.
A successful candidate will be someone with extensive field services experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of managing district-level operations.
This candidate will have exceptional leadership capabilities as well as strong communication and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities
* Ensure seamless communication between the Regional Director and operational teams
* Monitor daily goals for multiple regions and leverage relevant metrics that drive safety and quality within the district
* Assist the Regional Director with communicating the company’s strategic priorities into short-term objectives for the region
* Ensure all internal and external processes and systems communicated by the Regional Director are executed at the field level
* Effectively oversee Area Managers and Supervisors
* Coach and assist Area Managers with performance conversations with Supervisors
* Maintain an active presence in field operations to build and maintain a strong culture within the region
* Collaborate with the Regional Director to identify performance improvement opportunities within the region and create improvement action plans
* Assists the Regional Director with ensuring that all operations teams comply with applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Assists the Regional Director with data collection and presentations for National Client calls
* Assist the Regional Director with forecasting future needs within the region to develop and implement long-range operational and staffing objectives
