Duties:
As a Mechanical Engineer Level I - CAD, He will be working in the fast-paced engineering environment working on creating the 3D models, Sheet Metal designs, Assemblies, Drawings related to Truck's, Equipment, Electrical Routing, Electrical Brackets, Process, and structures using Solidworks CAD.
He should also work on body to chassis mounting requirements, should be able to design mounting methods to integrate the Body and Chassis using SolidWorks CAD.
Engineer should have hands on experience on mechanical linkage designs and its application.
Good hands-on experience working on the electrical routing, Schematic Layout, Harness Details is minimum required.
He must also have good experience of PDM structuring, PDM Management, Creating new folders.
Follow the client standards and deliver the quality CAD models and drawings.
Knowledge of EPDM check in/outs, Data Cards and ERP exposure is required.
Responsibilities:
* Design complete custom parts and assemblies using Solidworks CAD software.
This will include 3D mechanical design, layout functionality, 3D models, drawings etc.
* Develop mounting system and mounting brackets to mount body with chassis.
* Modular mounting interior to the body for securing internal items.

Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnostics, and repairs mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
Maintenance Technician duties and essential job functions include the following:
* Installs, troubleshoots, maintains and repairs plant equipment and machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and Electrical systems
* Performs and maintains preventative maintenance for all equipment and systems
* Installs and moves equipment using forklifts, hoists, etc.
* Troubleshoots equipment problems by observing mechanical and electrical components while in operation; uses precision measuring and testing instruments; etc.
* Inspects used parts to ensure safe production
* Repairs and replaces defective parts
* Follows the lock out/tag out program
* Records all repairs and maintenance activities

Qualifications
