Lead Operator PU (M/V/X)
In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel in de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling.
Je bent een deel van het leiderschapsteam van de ploeg en ondersteunt de Supervisor met begeleiden en coachen van de productiewerkzaamheden op de meest efficiënte wijze naast het uitvoeren van operationele taken.
Je stapt in, in afstemming met jouw collega's Lead Operator, voor de Supervisor in zijn afwezigheid.
Wat zijn je kern verantwoordelijkheden?
Als back-up/support van de Supervisor:
• Waakt over de strikte toepassing van alle preventieregels en -procedures, cGMPs en kwaliteitsprocedures.
• Begeleidt operatoren tijdens het werk.
• Verricht de administratie rond processen, afwijkingen, producten, stalen en vergunningen.
• Troubleshooting: lost diverse storingen in het productieproces op of biedt de nodige ondersteuning en schakelt indien nodig andere diensten (technische dienst, magazijn, QA, QC, ...) in (aansturing, troubleshooting, analyse en detectie problemen)
• Vervangt de supervisor tijdens zijn afwezigheid en begeleidt de operatoren op technisch vlak.
• Faciliteert als back-up de ochtendmeeting en Weekly Performance meeting adhv KPI's, treedt op als evacuatieleider, is aanspreekpunt van de ploeg, bereidt werkvergunningen voor en begeleidt deze als afdelingsverantwoordelijke.

• Verricht zelfstandig één of meerdere productietaken zoals maar niet beperkt tot: reiniging apparatuur, 2e mans activiteiten, bediening van 1 of meerdere technologieën.
