Maximus is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Clinical Review Coordinator to ensure the quality and accuracy of assessments and clinical operations.
This role is predominantly focused on writing, with 80% dedicated to drafting determination reports that are essential for documenting critical recommendations and eligibility decisions.
The remaining 20% involves reviewing clinical documentation for completeness, ensuring adherence to contract standards, and providing valuable input to maintain our high quality standards and support the overall quality of our services.
We are seeking professionals with the following credentials: LCSW, LMSW, LCT, LMFT, or equivalent licensures.
This position requires a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field, and at least four years of experience in the mental health or social services sectors, including reviewing clinical assessments.

Listen patiently and acting with empathy to deliver the best possible and appropriate outcomes for Service Users.

Provide a telephone and multi-channel support service with integrity, professionalism whilst adhering to relevant process, procedures, and legislation.
4.
Comply with the expectations of the client processes and data protection regulations.
5.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are achieved, escalation of risk for non-achievement of SLA's.
6.
Collaborate with manager and colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, being a champion of excellent customer service.
7.
Ensure continuous service improvement; initiating and responding to change in timely and positive manner.
8.
Maintaining accurate records via the Customer Records Management (CRM) system through accurate data input.
Keeping data integrity as a core priority.
9.
