This role will develop and implement the local commercial strategy for these accounts and their key supply chain members, in order to profitably grow the sales of Schneider Electric products, solutions and services.

Qualifications:
* We are looking for a senior level individual with 10+ years of experience in oil and gas, digital tranformation and the sustainability business

We are seeking a dedicated Plant Project Manager to be the primary liaison to the Front Office, overseeing the seamless execution of orders from inception to service handover.
Your role will involve close collaboration with the Front and Back Office to identify and mitigate execution risks while ensuring margin attainment.
What will you do?
* Act as the main point of contact for the Front Office, providing regular updates and addressing any barriers to order fulfillment in compliance with CPP.
* Coordinate with plant stakeholders to monitor order progress through scheduling, engineering, procurement, assembly, testing, and shipment.

Dans le cadre de ce stage, vous intégrez la Direction Communication de Schneider Electric Power Products (PP) Europe Hub et de son équipe qui ont en charge la communication interne et externe.
Missions :
Rattachée à l'équipe de la Communication PP Europe Hub, vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication interne au sein de Schneider Electric.
Vous aurez pour mission la coordination des campagnes de communications, la création de leurs contenus pour les différentes parties prenantes (managers et collaborateurs de tous environnements) :
* Collaborer avec les équipes marketing hub et leagues pour assurer la cohérence des messages et des initiatives de communication
* Définir les stratégies de communication et les canaux de diffusion associés
* Création de contenus de A à Z avec les experts internes associés : news, post, videos, newsletters, emailings, pages de web intranet et public, présentations, etc.
* Analyser les performances des campagnes afin d'en améliorer l'impact dans la durée
* Effectuer une veille sur les bonnes pratiques en communication interne / externe et proposer des recommandations innovantes
Profil recherché :
Vous êtes étudiant en Master (niveau BAC+4 ou 5) avec une spécialité en communication ou marketing (école de commerce type Sciences Po, Celsa, école de journalisme ou équivalence)
Vous pouvez idéalement vous prévaloir de premières expériences au cours desquelles vous avez fait montre d'autonomie notamment dans la gestion de projets.
Compétences requises :
* Intérêt marqué pour la communication et la gestion de projets.
* Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et capacité à créer des contenus engageants et originaux.
* Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
* Autonomie, organisation et capacité à travailler en équipe.
* Langues :
* Parfaite maîtrise du l'anglais (orthographe et style, nombreuses interfaces avec l'international).
