We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in the renewable energy sector.
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing a wide range of corporate events that support our mission to advance clean energy solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for sustainability to every event they manage.
Job Description:

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
* Assist with events including Executive meetings, jobsite events, conference receptions, client events, and team offsites.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Talent Development, Operations, Executive leadership) to align event goals with business objectives.
* Coordinate all event logistics including sourcing, venue selection, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, catering, AV, team building.
* Assist with event registration software, tracking and reporting.
* Maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
* Coordinate event branding, signage, and promotional materials in line with corporate identity.
* Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
* Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues and industry partners.
* Ensure all events reflect the company's commitment to professionalism, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in corporate event planning, or comparable industry position.
* Strong project management and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
* Event management platforms (ie.
Cvent, Passkey, Eventbrite).
Not required but encouraged.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners.
* High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset.
* Ability to manage stress and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Willingness and ability to travel for events.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for renewable energy.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
* Valid US driver's license.
* Ability to code with Android development platform and deploy production-ready code.
* Available for overnight business travel.
* 1-2 years in engineering field, preference.
* Experience working in BMW development, preference.
* BMW B1, B2, and E1 license, preference.
* Basic knowledge of automotive technologies with focus on BMW, preference.
