Au sein de Schneider Digital Europe et intégrée à la direction Employee Experience, notre équipe de 7 personnes (Rueil Malmaison, Barcelone, Grenoble) a pour vocation à gérer le parc de plus de 50 000 PCs pour tous les collaborateurs basés en Europe, que ce soit en bureaux ou en usine.
L'équipe gère ces équipements tout au long de leur cycle de vie : approvisionnement, gestion du stock, déploiement, rafraichissement et fin de vie.
Il s'agit d'un pilotage financier et opérationnel en respect de la stratégie groupe et régionale.
Vos missions :
Rattaché(e) au responsable de l'équipe PC Assets, votre rôle est de participer au pilotage financier de notre parc informatique et d'élaborer des outils d'aide à la décision pour les assets managers, en coordination avec l'équipe.
Missions principales
* Concevoir, développer et maintenir des outils de calcul et de simulation économique (Excel d'abord, puis autres outils à étudier), par exemple comparatifs achat vs leasing, projection des coûts.
* Intégrer les clauses contractuelles complexes des fournisseurs (leasing, rachat, pénalités, options de fin de location) dans les simulateurs.
* Déployer et maintenir des tableaux de bord (automatisés si possible) pour piloter le parc, les commandes et les stocks.
* Exploiter les données des assets informatique de Schneider Europe pour produire des indicateurs fiables (renouvellement, âge du parc, coûts).
* Suivre et analyser les coûts liés au parc et au leasing.
* Participer à l'élaboration des prévisions financières et au reporting régulier.
Profil :
Bac + 4/5, Master MIAGE (Méthodes Informatiques Appliquées à la Gestion des Entreprises).
