Nemours is seeking a Research Technologist II to join our team in Wilmington, DE.
The primary function of the research assistant role is to support pre-clinical research in the T cell Immunology Lab (TCI Lab) of Nemours Children's Hospital - Delaware under the direction of the core manager or lab director.
The TCI lab develops cell- and antibody-based immunotherapies for cancer and allergic diseases using molecular biology tools, cell culture and mouse models.
The successful candidate will help with the design, execution, and documentation of various experiments that test the function of immunotherapy approaches.
In addition, they will partially fulfill the function of a lab manager to help with purchasing, inventory, and mouse colony maintenance.
Essential Functions
Participate in research projects: Design and conduct experiments involving cell culture, molecular biology, flow cytometry and other routine lab techniques.
Serve as a lab manager: maintain lab equipment, purchase supplies and reagents, keep inventories of samples and reagents, and develop and update experimental protocols.
Maintain research mouse colonies: breed and genotype mice strains, maintain mouse colonies, and keep mice inventory.
Participate in formal and informal presentations of results.
Analyze experimental data and interpret results to write reports and summaries of findings.
Maintain detailed notebook of all work-related activities.
Responsible for the development, modification and improvement of standard operating procedures.

Au sein du Pôle Projet et Amélioration Continue, le stagiaire sera rattaché au chef de projet en travaillant à ses côtés.
Vous l'accompagnerez sur ses différentes missions en collaborant sur les divers projets qui lui sont confiés et interviendrez sur le déploiement de sujets relatifs à l'amélioration continue.
Dans ce contexte, vous collaborez avec le Chargé d'Amélioration Continue SI en mettant à disposition les outils permettant aux équipes de répondre aux enjeux de la croissance.
Vous aborderez ainsi la gestion de projets en travaillant en équipe et en autonomie.
Dans ce cadre, vous serez en contact avec de multiples interlocuteurs internes et prestataires externes.
Missions :
Projets transverse Nouvelles Chances Produits :
* Suivre la roadmap transverse projets pour mettre en œuvre les outils de pilotage : rétro planning, reportings...
* Participer aux étapes clés des projets et accompagner les Chefs de projets sur leurs missions opérationnelles telles que l'élaboration des supports de présentation, la planification des points de suivi, la rédaction des comptes-rendus...
* Contribuer aux projets internes de transformation et d'amélioration en participant aux ateliers de conception, en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes de la DSI, en rédigeant les recettes de validation, en créant des formations utilisateurs et en les suivant fonctionnellement post-démarrage.
* Adopter une démarche projet en assurant la continuité les sujets en cours aux côtés des Chefs de Projets ;
* Formaliser la Road Map de l'année N+1 pour l'ensemble des activités couvert par les Nouvelles Chances Produits en identifiant l'ensemble des parties prenantes qui seront sollicitées en y associant une estimation de charge Métier.
Amélioration Continue :
* Apporter un regard sur les outils notamment e-commerce existant en réfléchissant aux côtés du Chargé d'Amélioration Continue aux procédures et outils.
* Contribuer à la mise en place des solutions visant à optimiser des processus et activités de l'entité.
* Définir et formaliser le besoin avec les acteurs opérationnels en suivant sa réalisation et son déploiement fonctionnel.
Communication :
Afin de communiquer sur nos sujets et projets internes à l'entité, vous serez le référent en termes de communication.
* Centraliser l'information relative à notre activité pour trouver les bons outils et les moyens de communiquer sur nos sujets.
* Garantir l'harmonie de nos supports (présentations, reportings...) en mettant à la disposition des équipes les outils adaptés
* Mettre en place les outils de suivi de diffusions : plan de communication des opérations de vente, du pôle projet...

La Direction des Nouvelles Chances Produits (NCP) qui compte près de 30 personnes au sein de ses équipes, a pour mission :
* D'organiser les flux de déstockage en provenance du réseau, du stock des métiers et des filières amont d'Hermès, pour les produits 1er choix invendus et les produits 2nd choix.
* D'organiser les Opérations Logistiques au sein de son entrepôt situé à Pantin, qui visent à réceptionner, contrôler et mettre en conformité les produits en vue de leur commercialisation lors des différentes opérations de vente organisées par le Département.
* D'organiser des opérations de vente physique et digitale (à destination de clients Public et des collaborateurs de la maison) permettant de maximiser l'écoulement des produits déstockés, dans un souci de préservation d'un haut niveau de qualité d'expérience client.
* De mener des projets de transformation permettant au Département des Nouvelles Chances Produits (NCP) de répondre aux besoins et attentes du Groupe, sur son périmètre.
* De développer les nouvelles activités liées à la politique de circularité de la Maison.
Elle constitue l'une des Directions opérationnelles d'Hermès Commercial (au côté de la Logistique Centrale et de la Central Supply and After Sales), Division d'Hermès Sellier, en charge des flux commerciaux de produits finis vers le réseau de magasins (B2B) ainsi que des flux commerciaux retours et après-vente.
Dans un contexte de forte croissance, l'équipe Projets des Nouvelles Chances Produits met en place l'activité Data et BI de l'entité.
Pour ce faire, le Projet EPIC, lancé fin 2024, a permis d'identifier des besoins en KPI et Dashboard PowerBI (x27).
* 12 Dashboard PowerBI ont été développés en mode Quick Win / manuel
* 15 restent à mettre en œuvre.
En parallèle, un projet d'industrialisation (NéoBI) de ces Dashboard a également débuté courant 2025 et se poursuit actuellement.
Il consiste à automatiser les Dashboard identifiés et disposer d'un dataset dédié aux NCP.
Dans ce contexte, la Responsable Projet BI recherche un stagiaire pour une durée de 6 mois.
Principales Missions :
Maintien opérationnel des Dashboard PowerBI en place :
A partir des 12 Dashboard PowerBI développés manuellement (source Excel) :
* S'assurer de leur maintien et fonctionnement opérationnel
* Collecter les correctifs et souhaits d'évolution simple (ergonomie, règles fonctionnelles...) identifiés par les Référents des Dashboard
* Centraliser ces correctifs et souhaits d'évolution
* Selon le niveau de complexité, effectuer en autonomie ou s'assurer de la réalisation de ces correctifs et évolutions par une équipe tierce en prenant en compte les possibilités et limitations de PowerBI
* Faire évoluer si nécessaire la documentation en place (mode opératoire, documentation technique)

Au sein de la Direction Efficience Opérationnelle, l'Animation de la Qualité Logistique a pour missions principales de :
* Contribuer à garantir le niveau de qualité Hermès sur tous les produits en logistique
* Assurer un rôle de pivot entre les métiers (et services annexes) et les entités opérationnelles de la Direction Logistique en développant les outils et modes opératoires adaptés afin de répondre aux enjeux Qualité et Efficience opérationnelle.
Activités principales :
Au sein de l'équipe de l'Animation Qualité Logistique, en tant qu'animateur/animatrice qualité vous évoluerez dans une équipe composée de 3 Ingénieurs Qualité, 7 Animateurs Qualité et d'une équipe Flux Qualité de 3 personnes.
En charge du périmètre Bobigny ou Deret (prévoir 2 déplacements à Orléans par semaine), vous participerez à la gestion et au pilotage de la qualité logistique pour les Métiers Hermès.
Animer la qualité en logistique :
* Être garant de la qualité des produits finis en collaboration avec les référents qualité :
o Faire vivre un contrôle qualité juste, homogène et constant
o S'assurer de la bonne application des critères qualité " œil client " par l'ensemble des contrôleurs et de la bonne diffusion et maitrise des informations
* Animer et organiser des points de partage réguliers sur le suivi de l'activité avec les Métiers ;
* Réaliser l'arbitrage des produits Métiers mis en attente par les contrôleurs qualité ;
* Contribuer à la réflexion sur le bon niveau d'échantillonnage/taux de sondage avec les Métiers Hermès ;
* Créations de contenus pouvant servir de support de formation et de modes opératoires (Powerpoint, vidéos, Newsletters...) ;
* Contribuer au programme Hyperion en animant une ou plusieurs sessions de formation ;
* Accompagner les opérations dans la formation au contrôle qualité.
Analyses et Formalisations :
* Réaliser des bilans chiffrés permettant l'analyse et consolidation des données qualité
* Gestion et intégration des taux de sondage dans nos systèmes ;
* Partager et diffuser les informations sur nos plateformes internes
Amélioration continue des outils et des process :
* Alimenter les besoins d'évolution de nos outils informatiques (application, reporting, système) ;
* Être acteur dans la vie de l'équipe et participer activement aux projets en lien avec l'équipe de l'animation qualité logistique.
* Challenger les modes de fonctionnement et être à l'initiative d'actions d'amélioration continue sur les process.
