As the Service Offer Data Domain Leader within the Service Business Process, Tools, and Data organization, you will play a critical role in the digitization of our Services Line of Business offer portfolio.
You will be responsible for leading the Offer Data Domain, ensuring the completeness, quality, accuracy, and accessibility of Service offer data across product lines and Hubs.
Main Responsibilities
Build the Best Team
* Manage hierarchically a team of 6 people within the Offer Data Domain (Data Office).
* Manage functionally a comprehensive ecosystem of Offer Data Experts and Offer Data Leaders across Hubs and Product Lines.
* Allocate specific objectives to Offer Data Leaders in squads to expand the impact of the Offer Data Office.
* Hire talent to evolve the team from execution-focused activities to governance-driven expertise.

Contexte :
Rattaché au service Centre d'Application Distribution Electric IDF/Normandie, l'alternant en suport QHSE évolue au sein du domaine Qualité régional et contribue aux missions QSSE en collaboration avec le Pilote Qualité Local (PQL) et le Directeur Qualité France.
Le Centre d'Application Distribution Electrique est le spécialiste de la distribution électrique pour les projets de la BT à la HTB.
Il intervient comme architecte de solutions, gestionnaire de projets et pilote de chantiers.
Il gère un ensemble de solutions et de prestations, de la prise de commande à la clôture définitive du projet.

Vos missions :
Suivi et amélioration des processus
* Collecter et analyser les remontées du terrain (non-conformités, retours clients, propositions d'amélioration).
* Contribuer à l'amélioration des procédures et au suivi des actions correctives.
* Participer à la mise à jour des documents et processus qualité.
Animation et suivi de la performance qualité
* Participer au suivi des indicateurs qualité de la région.
* Contribuer à l'animation des points qualité locaux et au suivi des plans d'action.
* Aider à la diffusion et à la bonne application des nouvelles procédures.
Support aux équipes projets
* Accompagner les chefs de projet dans la mise en place des exigences qualité sur leurs projets.
* Vérifier la conformité et la complétude des documents projets.

Suivi de la satisfaction client

What will you do?
This position is responsible for learning how to understand project/service requirements such as specifications, standards, schedules, and safety.

Vos missions :
Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) souhaitant préparer en alternance, un diplôme d'ingénieur de type Conception électromécanique, conception de produits..., dont la mission consistera à :
* Concevoir des pièces et sous-ensembles mécaniques et industrialiser ces pièces.
* Réaliser des modèles 3D, plans 2D et spécifications techniques pour les dossiers de définition.
* Réaliser des études mécaniques, électromécaniques et/ou cinématiques au sein de projets de création d'offre ou gestion de produits en prenant en compte le dimensionnement mécanique des pièces.
* Intégrer des sous-ensembles mécaniques dans nos unités fonctionnelles.
