Project Quality Management
ü Establish the Project Quality Plan and Quality Target get its validation, and lead its execution to ensure the Offer Quality Built-in to reach the Satisfaction of the future customers
ü Guarantee that the Voice of Customer is well collected and analyzed in order to provide robust and ranked customer requirements to the project team and all customer requirements are well taken in account from Open to Closure of Project.
ü Guarantee the best application of the Offer Creation Processes and the collaborative and function processes and make sure that Risk Identification, Assessment and Mitigation plan are managed and updated in the project.
ü Make the synthesis on Lessons Learned on product development
Offer Quality Management
ü Build quality vision and strategy for the league and offers involved
ü Strong leadership on any quality topics (customer case, CMI, CSI, OSA etc.)
ü Work with R&D to speed up issue analysis and solving.
ü Collaborate with Front Office, include sales, marketing, country CS&Q to response customer quickly and efficiently.
ü Actively participate in offer strategic discussions and provide quality inputs to offer roadmap planning.
ü Partner with League and Squad team to spread and develop Quality & CX expertise
ü Drive continuous improvement implementation in IG/OG factory.
ü Systemize/standardize quality Management process, include identifying and eliminating quality risks, ECR management, RMA management e.g., which can impact customer satisfaction and quality.
ü Ensure the application CS&Q directives.

ü Lead process CTQ identification and mitigate risk action implemetation.

Job Summary & Qualifications:
This position is typically held by an individual who has at least 2 years' experience in construction of low voltage electrical systems and preferably industry knowledge.

Au sein du site industriel de SEA, vous serez en charge de la communication du site.
Vous serez directement rattaché(e) à l'assistante de site.
Vous participerez à la mise en place d'une communication dynamique et pertinente, pour le projet " augmentation de capacité ampoules " (plan de communication, avancement du projet interne et externe).
Missions :
Vous aurez en charge toute la communication du projet " augmentation de capacité ampoules ".
Vous travaillerez avec le chef de projet et les divers responsables.
L'objectif est de communiquer en interne pour le personnel, vers le groupe sur l'avancement du projet afin de valoriser l'image du site SEA et vers l'externe via linkedin.
Vous participerez également à d'autres projets : nouvel espace communication, espace extérieur pause, remise à des différents supports de communication (présentations, livret accueil, panneaux, vidéos...)
Profil
Bac + 3/4/5 en communication.
Langue : anglais (minimum B2)
Logiciels : photoshop, camtasia ou montage video, microsoft
Vous êtes autonome, bon esprit d'équipe.
Vous savez travailler et collaborer en mode projet.
Durée : 6 mois

The selected candidate will be working in our additive manufacturing center of excellence.
This newly formed Center of excellence is focused on making additive manufacturing a sustainable and customized method of production, driving widespread adoption, innovation, and on-demand manufacturing, to fix current business issues & support new business opportunities.
What will you do?
* You will develop 3D models for electromechanical designs suitable for additive manufacturing processes
* You will help develop and document best practices and training for generative design and 3D printing
* You will assist application engineers with new product concepts for additive manufacturing solutions
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* Currently pursuing a Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree
* Available to work hybrid in-person schedule for Summer 2025
* Experience with CREO required
* Experience with 3D printing/additive manufacturing preferred
