Maximus is currently hiring a Instructional Design Specialist to support our Florida Healthy Kid team.
This is a remote opportunity.
The Instructional Design Specialist is responsible for designing and developing e-learning and blended learning content to support a virtual training environment.
Monitor content for consistency, accuracy, and user experience, while also designing ongoing training materials for system enhancements and initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop e-learning and blended learning content and ensure future accessibility of training materials.
- Monitor content for consistency, accuracy, clarity, ease-of-navigation and evolving best practices for user experience and interface.
- Design and develop ongoing training materials for system enhancements, releases, initiatives, and workflows.
- Consult with internal stakeholders to identify new requirements and strategies.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Florida residency preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of Adult Learning Theory preferred.
- Excellent skills in Articulate 360.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project Management skills.
- Ability to use eLearning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Collaboration skills.
- Detail and solution-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Additional training or education in instructional design is a plus.
