Pré-requis :

Contexte
L'usine Schneider Electric de Carros utilise des moyens de test pour PCBA ou produits (cartes électroniques) pour garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des produits.
Ces moyens nécessitent une fiabilisation continue pour :

Ce projet repose sur l'intégration d'un cobot LXMRL12S, d'une caméra Keyence VGR-VS 5MP, d'un système de préhension SCHUNK, et de l'orchestrateur EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE).
L'objectif est de fiabiliser, accélérer et standardiser les tests, tout en réduisant les interventions humaines et en améliorant la traçabilité via ITAC.
Vous serez rattaché(e) au service Méthodes tests
Objectifs du stage:
* Contribuer au développement et à l'intégration de la cellule robotisée.
* Optimiser la préhension, l'insertion et la précision d'alignement des cartes PCBA.
* Automatiser certaines étapes (ouverture/fermeture de la PAC, gestion des changements de série).
* Améliorer la fiabilité et la sécurité du système (capteurs, routines de validation, redémarrage auto).
