Vous mettez en œuvre la capacité industrielle, la performance des processus et des moyens (sécurité, qualité, délais, efficacité) dans le respect des règles du SPS et du Lean manufacturing pour la satisfaction client.

The Patient Services Representative position involves rotating duties between the front desk and the phone room.
The building hours are as follows: Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m.
to 6:30 p.m., Friday from 7:30 a.m.

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the management of renovations, equipment replacement, infrastructure upgrades and replacement, and facilities construction projects within the Nemours enterprise.
The position will work within the Corporate Facilities Department as a member of the team in delivering the highest level of customer service to Nemours Enterprise.
The position will be a key leader in defining the scope to the end-user's project, leading the design process, and managing the installation/renovation/construction and occupancy so projects are on time and on budget.
Manages third party vendor contracts as assigned.
Essential Functions

Manage all phases of assigned projects.

Establish the goals of the assigned projects.

Prepare project budget estimates and reports.
4.
Keep clear lines of communication with Facilities Director and other stakeholders as it relates to assigned projects.

Ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget.

Complete thorough reviews of the construction documents to ensure they meet the intended program of the projects.
7.
Ensure that the end-user is kept informed of all developments throughout the entire project.
8.
Assist in obtaining all required state and local permits that the project requires.
9.
Understanding the Infection Control requirements that are required in healthcare construction (ICRA/PCRA).
10.
Good understanding of Healthcare MEP design.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree is required (or in lieu of bachelor's degree, a minimum of ten years of project management experience is required).
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Certified Hospital Constructor preferred
Minimum five years of project management experience is required.
Experience with construction project management and/or facilities is preferred.

This position is currently funded for two years with consideration of continued funding based on demonstrated patient/family need.
The social worker in this position will work collaboratively with the Nemours multidisciplinary hematology team assisting with patient sickle cell disease (SCD) clinic visits in our Milford and Wilmington locations.

1) Assisting new patients and families with integration into the Nemours Children's Health SCD program
2) Providing education on disease management which reinforces clinical guidance given by SCD providers
3) Helping to track patients' routine care and supporting adherence to treatment via personalized follow-up/reminders

Nemours is seeking a Transport Registered Nurse! We are currently hiring for night shift 7P-7A.
Schedules will include every third weekend and every third holiday.
The Nemours Pediatric Critical Care Transport Team (CCTT) operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week to stabilize and transport sick and injured children.
Our teams consist of two to four health care professionals, of which two are typically nurses.
Direct medical command is supplied by board-certified pediatric intensivists.
The CCTT nurse assumes responsibility and is accountable for the delivery and management of expert, specialty care of the critically ill or injured neonate, infant, child, or adolescent during inter-facility pediatric transports.
Principal admitting diagnoses includes prematurity, respiratory illnesses, neurological disorders and trauma patients.
The team uses specially-designed equipment to maintain or exceed the level of care provided by referring facilities, to include multi-parameter vital-sign monitors, high-flow oxygen delivery units, mechanical ventilators, Nitric Oxide delivery units, cooling units, compact infusion pumps and defibrillator/external pacemakers.
Advanced procedures performed by CCTT staff include vascular access (intravenous and intraosseous), endotracheal intubation, chest decompression and advanced airway management.
The CCTT transports on average ten (10) patients daily.
Ninety (90) percent of patients are transported by ambulance; the remaining patients are flown by helicopter.
Patient placement includes specialty care units such as pediatric intensive care, neonatal intensive care, cardiac intensive care, burn units, emergency and surgical units, as well as the general pediatric floors.
In addition to performing inter-hospital transports, the CCTT staff assists with patient care in the PICU, NICU, and ED, and serves as resources to other nursing units within the hospital.
The Nemours CCTT is honored to be one of only a few pediatric transport teams to offer and successfully transport patients on Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO).
