What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
+ 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
+ Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
It'd be great if you also have:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 2 years of experience as a material handler
+ Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
This job requires the ability to:
+ Lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
+ Sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
+ Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
+ Handle or manage tools or equipment
+ Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
