Partnership with the collections group to improve collection to drive down bad debt reserve
• As a member of the US Commercial Controlling leadership, drive transversal initiatives to share best practices.
Including, but not limited to, ERP implementations, ERP enhancements, digital initiations, and acquisition due diligence and implementation
• Lead a team of direct reports and develop talent for current and future responsibilities
