Nemours Children's Health Florida is seeking Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers to staff the Level III NICU at Studer Family Children's Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart in beautiful Pensacola.
Responsibilities include rounding with Nemours Neonatologists on NICU patients.
The level III NICU is staffed with Nemours Advance Practice Providers and Neonatologists.
Essential Functions:
* Manages and provides care for the patient requiring neonatal intensive care utilizing collaborative consultation with team members, under the direction and supervision (but not necessarily the direct attendance) of an attending neonatologist.
* Conducts parent interviews and takes family history.
* Collaborates with neonatologists concerning pertinent historical events, physical findings, diagnostic and therapeutic measures initiated on all admissions.
* Orders appropriate laboratory tests and procedures.
* Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures necessary and appropriate for the care of the patient.
* Reviews and provides general care items involved in neonatal care, such as temperature stabilization, hyperalimentation therapy, feeding management, and phototherapy.
* Complete timely documentation as required by departmental policy and Nemours standards.
* Participate in meeting goals of the department.
* Participates in daily rounds in NICU.
* Rotating shifts required.
Qualifications:
* Graduate of a Physician Assistant program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation.
Active license as a Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
OR
* Active Advanced Practice Nurse Licensure/Physician Assistant Licensure, with or without prescriptive authority
* Current AHA BLS

Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware is seeking a Pediatric Gastroenterologist with expertise in Motility and Functional GI disorders to lead our program on Motility & Functional Gastrointestinal disorders.
Our division is comprised of 11 pediatric gastroenterologists, 3 nurse practitioners, 6 office nurses, 6 fellows, 4 administrative assistants and a specialty authorization specialist.
We also collaborate with a team of dietitians, social workers, psychologists, and support staff with the shared mission of improving children's health.
The motility and functional gastrointestinal disorders program has a dedicated procedure nurse and support staff.

Le Chef d'atelier anime et gère une équipe de cinq galvanoplastes.
La finalité du poste est de garantir la conformité des finitions demandés selon le cahier des charges, d'assurer les objectifs hebdomadaires, la qualité, la sécurité et délais requis par le plan de production.
Le Chef d'atelier joue un rôle majeur dans l'organisation, la planification du travail et contribue à la rentabilité de l'atelier pour accompagner la croissance significative du site.
ANIMER ET GERER SES EQUIPES
* Répartir le travail et adapter les effectifs en fonction des besoins
* Gérer le planning, les imprévus (absences, maladies, etc.), les relations individuelles et collectives
* Evaluer la progression et les performances dans ses équipes
* Accompagner les équipes dans le développement de leurs compétences

* Suivre les indicateurs de performance et de productivité par atelier (taux de rebuts, taux de retouche etc...) pour être en maîtrise du niveau de performance de ses équipes

Missions principales
I - Contrôle Financier
* Apporte un appui opérationnel au Contrôleur de Gestion dans ses tâches de clôtures (reporting, préparation des notes de synthèse, etc.) et dans ses phases de prévisions (B+2, réestimés trimestriels et budget) ;

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Vous accompagnez dans le cadre de ce stage, l'activité de l'équipe en charge des recrutements de stagiaires et alternants pour les fonctions industrielles du groupe Hermès, en intervenant notamment sur les missions suivantes :
Recrutement :
- Toutes les phases du recrutement des alternants et stagiaires du pôle amont c'est à dire sur les fonctions Achats, Qualité, Production, Supply Chain, Développement durable, Innovation industrielle et process/amélioration continue.
- Diffuser les annonces sur les sites emploi ou auprès de nos partenaires écoles
- Réaliser le tri de CV et les pré-qualifications téléphoniques
- Participer à l'organisation d'entretiens et de sessions de recrutement
- Piloter en autonomie des recrutements de stagiaires et d'alternants
- Assurer la gestion administrative des différents recrutements menés
- Mise à jour et suivi des reporting
Gestion de Projets :
- Participer aux projets transverses de l'équipe notamment les événements relations écoles (participation forum, évènements écoles), SIRH, data...
