These duties include, but are not limited to: coordination of and conducting client interviews, managing eligible clients requesting to move, maintaining effective lines of communication, processing rent determinations, managing GHV/HCV applicationsDuties and Responsibilities include:
* Perform and complete all intakes, GHV/HCV applications, and provide participants and their assigned case managers with required documentation to proceed in procuring housing
* Regularly schedule interviews, obtain income verifications, compute rents and utility allowances, property notify participants and their case managers of any changes to program and perform all tasks related to the timely conduct of initial, annual, and interim recertifications in accordance with pre-established deadlines.
* Explain policies and regulations to owners participating in or interested in the GHV and HCV Programs.
* Ensure that vouchers are issued timely and managed after issuance.
* Assist voucher holders and their case managers with finding acceptable units.
* Schedule, interview, and transition eligible GHV participants to HCV after initial year of GHV is completed or when requested by DBHDD and DCA.
* Explains the rights and responsibilities of the GHV/HCV Programs, HUD, Owner and Participant, including Equal Opportunity requirements to Property Managers, Owners, and Managing Agents.
* Collect, compile, and submit data required for program evaluation and grant reporting under contract.
Maintain accurate and detailed participant records.
* Tracks all move-ins and transitions and provides monthly reports to the Residential Recovery & Support Services (RRSS) Program Manager for analysis.
* Monitors regulatory changes and attends workshops, trainings, and seminars as deemed necessary for job description.

Les volumes fabriqués sont de l'ordre de 1 000 000 paires de chaussures par an.

Principales missions
Cuirs exotiques :
* Aide à l'élaboration de l'offre push : revue des volumes en stock, identification des coloris, conversion nb de peaux/nb de paires, scans des matières
* Améliorer le système de stockage des gabarits
* Aide au comptage lors des inventaires
* Aide aux expéditions de peaux/master/gabarits vers les fabricants
* Aide au contrôle-qualité des peaux exotiques
* Aide à l'élaboration des gammes de collections
Cuirs/Textiles :
* Aide à la mise en place d'un suivi de commandes et de livraisons automatisé avec un accompagnement auprès des fournisseurs de matières et des fabricants de chaussures
* Suivi des stocks déportés : mise en place d'une archive physique des matières en stock déporté, mise à jour des volumes, construction d'une offre de réassort avec les matières en stock
* Aide à la gestion des ajouts : gammes, scans
Profil du candidat
* Etudiant en master ou cursus universitaire, vous souhaitez vous orienter vers le domaine de l'achat / approvisionnement
* Autonomie et organisation, capacité à gérer différents projets en parallèle
* Dynamisme, bon relationnel
* Rigueur, fiabilité, force de proposition et sens du service
* Maitrise d'Excel (macro), la connaissance de BI serait un plus

L'assistant Qualité Chaussure a pour mission principale de monitorer l'évolution et la qualité des tests au porter Chaussure afin de répondre aux exigences de la Maison Hermès avec des analyses ponctuelles et de retours d'intégrité, solidité et esthétiques.
Au sein de la Direction Industrielle, le stagiaire sera rattaché au Chargée Qualité Produits Chaussure.
Dans le cadre de la Qualité Chaussure, les tests au porter sont un des instruments principaux dans le processus d'analyses de risques et des validations des étapes de production.
Stage à pourvoir pour le second semestre 2026, basé à Pantin.
Mission Principales :
* Gestion des tests au porter Chaussure (TAP)
* Réception et suivi quotidien des tests au porter
* Analyse Qualité des produits afin d'intercepter les problèmes avant la mise en production
* Animation de l'activité d'analyse des TAP en fin de vie
* Aide à l'amélioration du système de suivi déjà existant
* Accompagner l'équipe Qualité dans la gestion du stock et des flux de produits
* Suivi de la cohérence entre le stock physique et le stock informatique
* Réalisation d'inventaire
* Rangement du stock
* Amélioration des procédures et outils informatiques à disposition
* Création des KPI fournisseurs pour le contrôle en Italie, de l'entrepôt central et des résultats laboratoires
Accompagner la personne en charge de l'intégrité des produits :
* Création des fiches de tests
* Aider à la facturation sur chaque saison
* Veille et archivage des résultats de tests
* Animer les présentations nécessaires pour les laboratoires
* Accompagner l'équipe dans le suivi des retours aux fabricants et des retours SAV
* Communication aux fabricants sur les retours de la semaine
* Communication à l'entrepôt central et aux inspecteurs qualité sur les taux de contrôle pour mieux guider les contrôles pour les semaines suivantes
* Analyser les données communiquées par le SAV
* Identifier les actions nécessaires (améliorations continues, plan d'actions...) en vue de réduire les retours SAV
* Supporter l'équipe Qualité à Pantin dans des activités de contrôle exceptionnel sur le site logistique
* Mettre à jour l'analyse de risque de la collection et les outils de suivi de Qualité en phase de développement
* Suivi de projets d'amélioration continue et analyses
Profil candidat :
* Formation type BAC+5, vous avez un réel esprit d'analyse.
* Agile, vous êtes capable de vous adapter aux changements de priorités en assurant en parallèle le suivi des différents projets.
