* Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for assigned Business Aligned Incentive Compensation (BAIC) plans, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, change management and product performance reporting, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and functional coordination.
