Mission
Il Connected Service Hub (CSH) è un dipartimento della Business Unit Service focalizzato sui servizi digitali e sul monitoraggio remoto degli asset connessi tramite la piattaforma EcoStruxure Asset Advisor (EAA).
Il CSH Champion fornisce supporto tecnico di secondo livello nella gestione delle segnalazioni provenienti dai clienti e dagli asset monitorati, collaborando a stretto contatto con il 1° livello (L1), con il Service Operation Team, il Team Sales e le strutture Global CSH per garantire continuità operativa, massimizzare la Customer Experience e generare valore dai dati raccolti sul campo.

Main Responsibilities
Gestione tecnica e supporto clienti
• Gestire le segnalazioni, gli allarmi provenienti dalla piattaforma di monitoraggio e le richieste ricevute direttamente dai clienti con contratti di servizio, effettuando attività di troubleshooting remoto di secondo livello per identificare la causa primaria del problema, definirne priorità e criticità e individuare le azioni correttive necessarie.
