What You Will Do
As part of the Tendering team, you will:
* Influence customer RFQs and prepare, approve, and submit budgetary and full tender offers in line with standard processes and tools
* Define and lead bid execution strategy, including tender planning, risk assessment, variation order and claims management strategies
* Initiate and manage bid preparation activities, including compiling documentation, leading kick off meetings, and coordinating inputs across teams
* Perform detailed risk analysis in collaboration with the tender team
* Build and lead tender teams to develop complete, technically sound, and commercially competitive offers

What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline

* Advanced understanding of power systems and the ability to collaborate closely with Protection Engineers
* Ability to develop, review, and interpret technical documentation and specifications
* Strong technical knowledge of power networks, with protection and control engineering across HV, MV, and LV systems
* Strong technical knowledge about Schneider Electric IED portfolio (VAMP, SEPAM, MICOM, EASERGY, POWERLOGIC) and other vendors like GE, SEL, Siemens product range.
* Strong knowledge of communication protocols including IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3, IEC 103, OPC, and Profibus
* Experience in concept and detailed design, including review of protection schemes, secondary designs, and protection settings
