We are seeking a Rad Tech Lead - MRI to:
* Motivate, lead others and share knowledge with Rad Techs in the MRI Department.
* Work with higher acuity patients and demonstrate crucial care skills in a number of areas (ED, ICU, NICU, PICU, Interoperative Neuro MR and OR).
* Provide advanced training to current MRI Techs and training for new staff members.

Qualifications
* Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred
Work Experience
* 2 years of clinical experience Required
* 3 years of clinical experience Preferred
* 1 year of clinical experience in a leadership role Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
* ARRT Radiography (R) and Magnetic Resonance (MR) certification by appropriate body (ARRT) Upon Hire Required or
* American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) Upon Hire Required
* Wisconsin Radiological License Upon Hire Preferred
* CPR certification within 3 months Required

* High School Diploma or equivalent and ONE of the following Required
* Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or
* Licensure as an LPN or
* Completion of the UWH Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program or an Employee Partner Medical Assistant Program or
* Attainment of the CCMA certification as a UWH employee or
* Acceptance into the UWH MA Apprenticeship Program - Accelerated or
* One year of recent Medical Assistant experience and CMA, RMA or CCMA Certification
Work Experience
* 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant or LPN Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
* Certified as MA, CMA, RMA, or CCMA within 1 Year Required or
