Description
The Commercial Banking Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team is looking for a strategic, analytical and energetic team lead to support the Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) organization.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity on our F&BM team ensuring senior management and business stakeholders across the Firm, have visibility into major initiatives, lending portfolios, financials and data insights to achieve their strategic objectives.
This role will lead a Stakeholder Engagement team that partners closely with senior Operations leaders and key partners across CB Finance, Business Management and Data & Analytics teams to enable effective end-to-end execution.
Responsibilities
Business Management:
* Serve as a strategic advisor to WLS and CB F&BM leadership, shaping and communicating business strategy, performance projections, and trends through executive-level presentations
* Design monthly and quarterly business management and financial reporting packages to communicate business results in a transparent and concise manner to all constituents
* Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, operations teams, and product organizations to support business priorities and transformation initiatives
* Analyze large amounts of data to create impactful analysis to assist in developing WLS strategy
* Ability to take analysis and create executive level presentation using PitchPro+
Financials/Data Analytics:
* Partner with WLS and CB F&BM team to budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses
* Partner and support the build out and enhancement of capacity models across WLS functions and activities
* Participate in the activity based costing process used to allocate expenses across LOB's and downstream client profitability system
* Ensure robust financial controls and data integrity to support strategic decision-making
