Our clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team.
This role performs high-quality diagnostic studies, supports patients throughout their exams, and ensures accurate, timely reporting for our providers.
Location: 87th Avenue, Vancouver WA
Schedule: Will work 4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams following established protocols
* Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures and offering reassurance
* Identify patient concerns and escalate risks appropriately
* Ensure accuracy and quality of imaging; take corrective action when needed
* Document findings clearly and present studies to radiologists for same-day interpretation
* Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and supply inventory
* Communicate proactively with providers, radiology staff, and clinic leadership
Skills & Abilities
* Strong clinical competency and technical proficiency with ultrasound equipment
* Excellent communication and patient-care skills
* Ability to stay calm, professional, and collaborative in fast-paced situations
* Organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize effectively
Education & Experience
* Graduate of an ARDMS-accredited ultrasound program
* ARDMS registered or RDMS-eligible (must obtain registry within 6 months)
* Current AHA BLS certification
* One year of ultrasound experience preferred, outpatient or hospital setting
* Experience with EMR systems is a plus, Epic preferred
Pay Range:
$44.09 - $66.15

Grain & Protein Technologies/GSI Assumption is seeking a talented, passionate, and highly motivated professional to join the team as a Machine Operator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operates various fabrication machines and fabricates material to specification, from job orders and document production data.
Works well within the team setting, openly shares perspective in team meetings and contributes to discussions in a constructive manner.
You will work onsite at our Assumption, IL facility.
Your Impact
Follow required safety and work procedures.
Set-up, adjust, program, calibrate and perform preventative maintenance on fabrication equipment.
Fabricate material to specification, from job order and document production data at a level of output that minimizes production delays.
Utilize quality checks to ensure all systems are set for correct operational sequencing and to meet product standards.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area to 5S Standards.
Implement all aspects of Grain & Protein Technologies/GSI Assumption Lean and Quality Management systems.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Your Experience and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Understanding of how to use measuring instruments (calipers, protractor, tape measure, steel ruler), read blueprints and operate hand grinder and other hand tools.
Ability to read, write and use basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to operate overhead crane and sit down forklift
Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continuous basis
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, managers and across departments.

Expected hourly pay rate for this role will be $21.80-$26.97

The IAM Operations Analyst is responsible for day-to-day identity and access operations across the organization.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time-while removing access when it is no longer needed.
In the near term, this role will have a primary operational focus on managing and stabilizing the organization's email Distribution Lists (DLs).
This includes cleaning up existing lists, validating business ownership, maintaining accurate membership, and ensuring new hires and role changes are reflected correctly.
This work is essential to restoring trust with business leaders and enabling future automation.
As this work stabilizes, the role will continue to support broader IAM operations, including user provisioning, access requests, privileged access workflows, audit support, and automation enablement.
The role will also assist the Service Desk in some Level 1 support as time permits within the DL and IAM workload.
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field - preferred not required
• Relevant certifications such as CIAM (Certified Identity and Access Manager), CIMP (Certified Identity Management Professional), or MS Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) - preferred not required
JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:
• 2 - 4 years of experience in IT operations, identity management, service desk, or access administration
JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices
• Experience working with:
o User accounts and groups
o Active Directory and/or Entra ID (Azure AD)
o Ticketing or request management systems
o Auditing of appropriate access
o Distribution Lists
o Role-based access models
o Database concepts and relational databases such as SQL Server
o Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and comfort performing structured, repeatable operational work
• Strong analytical skills
