Dans le cadre de l'activité Services, vous jouez un rôle central en assurant le support à la vente de services à la base installée.
Vous êtes garant du bon déroulement des opérations contractuelles, de la cotation à la facturation, en lien étroit avec les équipes commerciales et techniques.

Gérer les contrats :
* Analyser les besoins clients et élaborer des offres personnalisées,
* Rédiger et négocier les clauses contractuelles (prestations, délais, etc.),

Assurer le suivi financier :

* Gérer et enregistrer les commandes,
* Émettre les factures, suivre les règlements et traiter les impayés.
Développer la relation client et améliorer les processus :
* Assurer un suivi personnalisé des clients,
* Répondre aux questions relatives aux contrats en tant qu'interlocuteur privilégié,

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Lean and Business Process Improvement (BPI) Expert to drive operational excellence across complex, cross-functional processes-specifically in planning, order management, fulfillment, and billing/invoicing.
This role will partner closely with business units, IT, and customer-facing teams to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and implement scalable solutions that improve cycle times, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
What will you do?
* Lead end-to-end process assessments and gap analyses across order management, order fulfillment, and billing/invoicing workflows.
