Maximus is currently hiring for a Manager - State Arbitration to join our State Arbitration team.
This is a remote opportunity.
The Manager is responsible for ensuring the team is compliant with each program's laws.
Additionally, the Manager will act as escalation for arbitration issues, consistently report on various state-based metrics, complete quality checks, and communicate directly with clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal research, guidance, advice, leadership, and training to project staff, ensuring compliance with all project and client policies/procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Interact with the client regarding case decisions.
- Guide teams to ensure all major client/legal requirements are met and relevant documents are captured accurately.
- Provide self-directed legal support to the project leadership.
- Process and resolve high profile and complex cases.
- Manage direct reports, including hiring, setting monthly individual/team goals, and evaluating employee performance.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated work environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Work across multiple systems, such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrate good standing with the state agency that licenses, registers, or otherwise regulates attorneys in the state(s) in which they practice.
Minimum Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required.
- 3-5 years of related professional experience.
- Healthcare law experience required.
- Active unrestricted license to practice law required.
- Knowledge of and experience working with explanation of benefits and claim forms required.
- Experience in matters related to healthcare billing and healthcare reimbursement required.
- Trained by the American Arbitration Association or the American Health Law Association and be able to provided evidence of this training's completion highly preferred.
- Experience working with the FAIR Health platform preferred.
- Familiar with Surprise Billing regulations, rules, and policies; and claims Arbitration procedures/practices preferred.
- Ability to commit to a training schedule between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm EST Monday - Friday required.

Day-in-the-Life of a Pharmacy Technician in-Training:
* Enter prescription information including but not limited to: patient searches, prescriber searches, drug selection, prescription interpretation, insurance billing, and basic documentation.
* Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorization from doctor offices.
* Retrieve medication from inventory.
* Create prescription labels and put them on prescription containers.
* Place medication into prescription containers.
* Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and input customer and prescription data into the computer.
* Assist with maintaining the Pharmacy department by keeping it clean and in order.
* Assist in inventory management processes including order review, inventory returns, restocking shelves, and physical inventory preparation.
* Administer Rite Aid programs including FlavoRx, Living More, etc.
Taking care of patients is not a 9-5 job.
Our Pharmacy Technicians come into this role knowing that they will be working weekdays, weekends, evening shifts, and some holidays.

Maximus is currently hiring for a Manager - State Arbitration to join our State Arbitration team.
This is a remote opportunity.
The Manager is responsible for ensuring the team is compliant with each program's laws.
Additionally, the Manager will act as escalation for arbitration issues, consistently report on various state-based metrics, complete quality checks, and communicate directly with clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal research, guidance, advice, leadership, and training to project staff, ensuring compliance with all project and client policies/procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Interact with the client regarding case decisions.
- Guide teams to ensure all major client/legal requirements are met and relevant documents are captured accurately.
- Provide self-directed legal support to the project leadership.
- Process and resolve high profile and complex cases.
- Manage direct reports, including hiring, setting monthly individual/team goals, and evaluating employee performance.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated work environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Work across multiple systems, such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrate good standing with the state agency that licenses, registers, or otherwise regulates attorneys in the state(s) in which they practice.
Minimum Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required.
- 3-5 years of related professional experience.
- Healthcare law experience required.
- Active unrestricted license to practice law required.
- Knowledge of and experience working with explanation of benefits and claim forms required.
- Experience in matters related to healthcare billing and healthcare reimbursement required.
- Trained by the American Arbitration Association or the American Health Law Association and be able to provided evidence of this training's completion highly preferred.
- Experience working with the FAIR Health platform preferred.
- Familiar with Surprise Billing regulations, rules, and policies; and claims Arbitration procedures/practices preferred.
- Ability to commit to a training schedule between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm EST Monday - Friday required.

Maximus is currently hiring for a Manager - State Arbitration to join our State Arbitration team.
This is a remote opportunity.
The Manager is responsible for ensuring the team is compliant with each program's laws.
Additionally, the Manager will act as escalation for arbitration issues, consistently report on various state-based metrics, complete quality checks, and communicate directly with clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal research, guidance, advice, leadership, and training to project staff, ensuring compliance with all project and client policies/procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Interact with the client regarding case decisions.
- Guide teams to ensure all major client/legal requirements are met and relevant documents are captured accurately.
- Provide self-directed legal support to the project leadership.
- Process and resolve high profile and complex cases.
- Manage direct reports, including hiring, setting monthly individual/team goals, and evaluating employee performance.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated work environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Work across multiple systems, such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrate good standing with the state agency that licenses, registers, or otherwise regulates attorneys in the state(s) in which they practice.
Minimum Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required.
- 3-5 years of related professional experience.
- Healthcare law experience required.
- Active unrestricted license to practice law required.
- Knowledge of and experience working with explanation of benefits and claim forms required.
- Experience in matters related to healthcare billing and healthcare reimbursement required.
- Trained by the American Arbitration Association or the American Health Law Association and be able to provided evidence of this training's completion highly preferred.
- Experience working with the FAIR Health platform preferred.
- Familiar with Surprise Billing regulations, rules, and policies; and claims Arbitration procedures/practices preferred.
- Ability to commit to a training schedule between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm EST Monday - Friday required.

Home Office Requirements:
