The Integration Technician position is comprised of implementation and troubleshooting of automation systems for multiple projects and service calls active within our organization.
Essential Functions
1.
Ability to handle the implementation of plant automation using our in-house integration methods and vendor-supplied hardware and software.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic components.

Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings.

Job Summary :

Works with the Service Manager to call every customer on the recall list and get the work in the lab.
Mails recalls and phones as needed.
* Answers all service phone calls for your territory and routes each call to the appropriate person.
* Manages 3 rd party calibration
* Ensures PO's are received for work to be done.
* Setup new customers for using myjaking.com certification access.
* Issues P.O''s and creates work orders for O.T.V.

What you will do
The Wholesale Account Manager is the primary contact for our Pharmacy Wholesale partners .
This role requires collaboration on forecasting between the Pharmacy R etail A ccount T eams and Customer Demand Planning Teams to ensure adequate availability of supply to our Pharmacy Customers .
Working with the Pharmacy Account Team, you will ensure the flow of information is cascaded between our internal teams and external partners to ensure excellence in execution across our portfolio of brands in the Pharmacy Channel.
The role is also responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Pharmacy Wholesale partners including day to day account management

Who You Are
