What you will do
The Senior Automation Support Engineering is responsible for providing support and optimizing automated systems to enhance efficiency and streamline processes for Fort Washington and Lititz Sites in North America.
Driving and delivering optimal cost, safety, quality, and compliance for the site manufacturing systems.
In close collaboration with the Engineering, Operations, Packaging and site Leadership Team, this position serves as the primary point of contact for end-to-end MAKE Automation Systems from up-front engineering through project delivery as well as ongoing maintenance and Operations support of MAKE at the internal production site.
This role will be onsite at Lititz, PA.

* Develop and execute a comprehensive automation support strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives involved with Systems integration, equipment, Automation & Controls Engineering including Information Technology / Operations Technology systems.

What you will do
The Staff Automation Engineer will provide technical leadership and automation support to the manufacturing plant.
The position will be responsible for managing and delivering automation projects from concept to post implementation including developing project scope, user requirements, appropriation requests, time-lines and budgets, qualification plans, approving equipment specifications and documentation to meet current company, corporate and government requirements.

The Pipeline Trainee Technician is an opportunity for an individual to obtain the training and experience necessary to become a qualified Pipeline Technician on the Enterprise NGL and natural gas pipeline system.
This position will provide a readily available and qualified individual to accommodate future manpower needs throughout the system.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Be assigned to a location within the Company to undergo orientation and training for a period that is normally 9-24 months in preparation for a future Pipeline Technician position.
* Participate in various training courses.
* Receive on-the-job training; working along side various plant and/or pipeline personnel.
* The training will include safety procedures, regulatory requirements, handling of hazardous and highly volatile materials, equipment repair/maintenance, AC and DC electrical systems, electronic/pneumatic controls, calibration of various electronic and mechanical devices, liquid and natural gas measurement, and various other systems that are related to the NGL / natural gas pipeline industry.
* Develop and/or complete reports related to the above listed activities.
* Upon successful completion of adequate training, must be willing to relocate within a multi-state or designated regional area to fill a Pipeline Technician position, when an opening occurs.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
* A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D.
equivalent is required.
* Vocational-Technical certificate or an Associate's degree in electronics or related field is required.
* Must have experience in basic computer use including the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and email software.
* Previous experience with, and knowledge of, preventive and corrective maintenance of various types of equipment is required.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must successfully complete all pre-employment screening requirements; including, but not limited to criminal and employment background checks, DOT drug screen, basic math and / or mechanical aptitude assessments, and interview process.
