Maximus is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to support the IL CACW program (Centralized Assessments for Colbert & Williams).
The Clinical Supervisor will lead a team of assessors conducting in-person interviews and evaluations to determine the need for referrals to alternative services for individuals with special and complex needs.
The Clinical Supervisor will lead the team in adherence to guidelines in identifying what the person may require to live in the community, assessing their needs, strengths, abilities, preferences, and whether they can safely and successfully transition to community living.

Periodic travel to the Chicago, IL area may be required
