Hermès Commercial est la division d'Hermès Sellier en charge des flux commerciaux de produits finis vers le réseau de magasins à l'international et des flux commerciaux retours et après-vente.
Les flux commerciaux vers le réseau comprennent les opérations logistiques, la gestion commerciale et les opérations de douane et de transport.
Leur finalité est de livrer les bons produits au bon endroit et au bon moment.
Les flux commerciaux retours et après-vente comprennent les transferts, les réparations, la gestion des défectueux, des surstocks et des invendus, et les retours magasins.
Ils aident le réseau de magasins à optimiser ses ventes et à fidéliser sa clientèle.

Au sein d'Hermès Commercial, - Direction Central Supply & After Sales - , vous serez rattaché au Responsable d'Activités Spéciales.

En CDD jusqu'au 31/12/2026, vous assurez la coordination des projets logistiques transverses liés à des événements et autres flux stratégiques pour le Groupe.

Le pôle Durabilité produit, au sein de l'équipe Qualité & Innovation, a pour mission d'évaluer et analyser de la durabilité de nos produits (au sens de durée d'usage réelle) en prenant en compte les dimensions de durabilité physique (capacité du produit à résister à son usage et environnement) et émotionnelle (comportement et préférences des consommateurs ayant une influence sur la durée vie d'un produit).

Missions principales :
Vous participerez à l'évaluation et l'amélioration de la durabilité de nos produits au travers des activités suivantes :
* Vous étudierez les différentes formes d'allongement de la durée de vie d'un produit : conseils à l'usage, entretien, réparation, personnalisation...
* Vous analyserez les principales causes de fin de vie produit et élaborerez une analyse critique et comparative par typologie de produits
* Vous effectuerez une veille continue sur la durabilité produit (médias, salons, conférences, etc) et alimenterez un site de partage d'information (Agora) ou newsletter
* Vous accompagnerez des missions en lien avec la longévité des produits (réparabilité, entretien, usage, analyse de produits, analyse de données...)
* Vous alimenterez les outils de suivi et pilotage (comptes-rendus de réunions, retroplannings, budgets, modules de formation...)
* Vous participerez à des enquêtes en interne et en externe
Profil recherché:
* Bac+4/+ 5 en école d'ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire, vous justifiez d'une première expérience concluante en entreprise
