The Nurse Manager for the Nemours Virtual Care Operations Center provides leadership and operational oversight for systemwide virtual care resources, including nurses, technicians, and support staff.

* Ensure adherence to protocols for inpatient monitoring, virtual sitter services, and home-based care programs
* Partner with IT and biomedical teams to maintain technology reliability and uptime
