Works under the supervision of the Director.
The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individualized care in a patient care area according to departmental policies and procedures and Nurse Practice Act.
She/he will individualize patient care based upon the age appropriate and developmental needs and will accept responsibility for the direction of co-workers in the implementation of the plan of care.
Collaborates with physicians, patient/families and members of the health care team in delivering a plan of care.
Utilizes positive communication skills.
May be required to work on other nursing units according to distribution of staff and patients.
Should be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit.
Education: Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) preferred.
Licenses: Current California RN license.
Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards required.
Experience: Twelve (12) or more months of service as a registered nurse in an acute cares setting or specialty facility within three (3) years.
Must successfully complete SVH Pharmacology test upon hire.
Pay Range: The hourly rate for this position is $69.95 - $85.03.

The Community Well-Being Coordinator is responsible for the execution of the local event and community outreach in alignment with prevention education and community well-being.
This role works with the local community to maximize participation and engagement of individuals and organizations in well-being related programming while representing Salinas Valley Health in a positive light.
This person will coordinate the delivery of collateral and promotional activities (on- line/off-line) to drive program participation through an engagement strategy developed by the Community & Health Promotion team.
The priority focus area is to ensure sustainability of Blue Zones project Monterey County aligned impact.
* Develop a strong, collaborative relationship with Salinas Valley Health Department leaders, peers and other key individuals to foster service line promotion and engagement in the community.
* Work with the Community & Health Promotion team, community stakeholders, marketing department and other partners to create and implement a successful well-being engagement plan in alignment with Salinas Valley Health priorities.
* Drive participation of individuals and organizations including schools, businesses, civic groups and community members in education and prevention events/programming.
* Create community-based grassroots strategies and coordinate delivery of supporting materials, with a specific focus on health equity, diversity, and inclusion in alignment with the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) priorities.
* Organize and facilitate community events, including ongoing recruitment and engagement of community based volunteers.
* Develop annual project plan in support of Community Health Implementation Plan to create CHNA alignment.
* Develop and maintain content related to well-being initiatives for marketing presence on social media channels.

Au sein de l'organisation, le titulaire reporte au Directeur Supply Chain, qui lui-même reporte à la Directrice des Opérations.
Il encadrera hiérarchiquement une équipe de 3 Coordinateurs Supply Chain et 1 Responsable Approvisionnements
En interne, il collabore étroitement avec les équipes Achat, Développement Technique, Qualité, Collection, Commerce, Opérations Commerciales, Communication et Finance.

Positionnement
Au sein de l'organisation, le titulaire reporte au Directeur Supply Chain Hermès Maison, lui-même rattaché au Directeur des Opérations.
Il est rattaché fonctionnellement au Directeur de la filière Céramique et participe au Comité de Filière.
En interne, il collabore étroitement avec les équipes Supply Chain des sites et manage hiérarchiquement le planificateur central Filière Céramique.

Contexte
La Filière Céramique regroupe 2 sites intégrés, travaillant pour 3 Métiers du groupe HERMES :
* Le site de la Compagnie des Arts de la Table et de l'Email (CATE), qui conçoit, développe, industrialise et produit les services d'Art de la Table en porcelaine décorée pour le Métier Maison et la bijouterie émaillée pour le Métier Accessoires de Mode.
* Le site de BEYRAND (société créée en 1926, qui a rejoint le groupe HERMES en 2017) qui conçoit, développe industrialise et produit les décors dans un procédé sérigraphie ou jet d'encre, pour 2 métiers : la céramique pour la CATE, le cuir pour le Métier Maroquinerie.
BEYRAND a ouvert en 2022 un atelier déporté de décoration sur porcelaine et développe ce savoir-faire dans son plan moyen terme.
Par la précision de son savoir-faire et sa capacité à innover, la Filière se positionne comme référent mondial dans le domaine de l'impression sérigraphique et de la décoration sur céramique.
L'ambition de la Filière est d'affirmer son positionnement d'excellence, en proposant un savoir-faire de décoration de haute précision sur une variété de supports, illustrant une maîtrise des Développement Technique et des Savoir-faire de ses artisans.
Mission générale
Le rôle du titulaire est de piloter les exercices de planification stratégique, de superviser la planification tactique de la filière interne de manière cohérente et dans un environnement à double enjeu : performance du taux de service pour nos clients à moyen et long terme d'une part, développement et optimisation de l'utilisation des capacités de production d'autre part.
Il a aussi pour rôle d'accompagner la filière dans la transformation de la Supply Chain.
Il est un contributeur majeur dans l'atteinte du budget de production des sites et par là-même, de l'atteinte du budget commercial de la Division.
