Vos principales responsabilités :
Industrialisation et optimisation des produits :
• Rédiger les règles de savoir-faire en collaboration avec les experts du métier
• Piloter et garantir l'alignement technique, sur nos 2 sites de production, selon ces savoir-faire et optimiser les règles en vigueur (SAF Équitation)
• Rédiger les fiches techniques en lien avec les savoir-faire du métier puis garantir leur bonne communication, compréhension et mise en application
• Garantir, dans nos 2 sites, le respect des normes de sécurité relatives à la conception et l'utilisation des selles afin de tenir notre promesse client.
Pour cela, collaborer étroitement avec le Responsable Qualité Sécurité Production et le Responsable Qualité Matières du métier.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Développement et Industrialisation du métier pour assurer le déploiement en production des nouveautés ainsi que des modèles existants selon les cahiers des charges établis
• Piloter les audits d'encours et garantir la mise en œuvre des plans d'action en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Qualité Production afin d'assurer le bon niveau de formation des artisans, l'attendu technique et la conformité produit
• Définir et gérer les besoins en outillage de table pour les artisans des 2 sites
• Animer le conseil technique en mobilisant les expertises internes pour accompagner les sujets production et piloter le plan d'action
Amélioration continue produits finis :
En collaboration avec le Directeur Développement Industrialisation du métier, identifier, centraliser et valider ensemble les besoins en amélioration continue produits finis et composants en cohérence avec les feuilles de route Métier/Production.
